报告摘要：Given a Siegel modular form for Sp(4,Z), one can associate it with a spinor (degree 4) L-function. The first and second moments of the spinor L-functions, weighted by the “harmonic weight”, were studied by Kowalski-Saha-Tsimerman and Blomer. In this talk, we will review their results and discuss an upper bound for the second moment of the spinor L-functions with a different weight.

报告人简介： 刘昇吉（Sheng-Chi Liu）现任华盛顿州立大学数学系教授。他本科毕业于台湾清华大学数学系，并于2009年获得美国俄亥俄州立大学数学博士学位。2009年至2013年期间，他在德州农工大学从事博士后研究。自2013年加入华盛顿州立大学以来，刘教授历任助理教授、副教授，并晋升为教授至今。他的主要研究方向涵盖数论与自守形式。
